Tip: You can use your mouse to highlight the list and then copy and paste it to a Word or text document for printing out.

If you already have a www address...

1. Fill out and submit the New Client Questionnaire .

2. Collect and email Karen the following info:
        -Host web address, username and password (you may need to get this from your
         previous designer). This is the company that actually gives you the space to put your
         files up on the web.
        -Domain Registrar web address, username and password. This may be the same as
         your host, but please clarify for me anyway. This is the company you actually bought your
         www address from.

3. Make sure to familiarize yourself with my Invoicing & Late Fees Policy and
Update Turnaround & Return Contact Time Policy.

If you do not already have a www address...

1. Fill out and submit the New Client Questionnaire.
