I am an independent business person, and therefore do all of my own marketing and promotions. Sometimes these efforts and client appointments
require that I be out during "normal" business hours. My policy is to get back in touch with you in 2 business days or less (often I am able and tend to get back within the same day) whether you contact me
by email or phone message.
Regarding extremely time consuming or graphics heavy updates, and/or requests for information that require research on my behalf,
I will be in touch within this timeframe, but may be doing so in order to give you the projected date for completion or to ask for further information.
If I
am ever going to be out of the office for more than 2 business days in a row, I notify all clients by email in advance if at all possible so that adequate planning for same can be done accordingly; however this is not a
common occurrence and has happened only once in the past 2 years (when I changed locations) and all clients were notified months in advance and were sent reminders several times leading up to the time I was to be
unavailable.
